Promotion Terms and Conditions (UK)

These terms apply to any promotion or competition we run, whether in the café, on social media, or anywhere else.

To enter, you must follow the instructions given at the time. This may include liking a post, commenting, filling in a form, or speaking to a member of staff.

Only entries that follow all steps will be counted. We will choose the winner using a random winner tool or another fair method. The winner will be picked fairly and without bias.

There is no cash alternative to any prize. The prize is as described in the promotion and cannot be swapped for money or another item.

We will contact the winner using the details they provided or through the platform they entered on. If we do not hear back within 7 days, we may pick another winner.

All promotions are open to UK residents only, unless stated otherwise. You must be over 18 to enter unless we clearly say the promotion is open to younger entrants.

By entering, you agree that we may use your name, social media handle, and a photo if you provide one, in our announcements and promotional posts about the winner.

We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events outside our control. This includes things like strikes, natural events, illness, or issues with social media platforms.

If you choose to join our email list, you are agreeing to receive updates about future competitions, offers and product news. It is entirely voluntary to join, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

This promotion is run by David Hughes, founder of 31 The Cross, Cafe and Kitchen, Worcester who can be contacted through all means on this website and in the cafe itself.
